Bible Contradictions

“The Bible is incomplete,” says the Almighty.

The most interesting thing about the contradictions
is that they cannot and shall not prevent you
from gaining everlasting life.

The Accurate Yardstick
What is incomplete is incomplete. That is the beginning of error. As such, it cannot be accepted or considered as complete. Inaccurate yardstick is never used as a scale in judgment.
You must turn to the Holy Spirit for guidance in determining what is right or wrong. 25 "These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John 14:25-27
12 "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. John 16:12-14
Of course, God warns against changes in both Old and New Testaments. 18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Revelation 22:18-19 Revelation 22:18-19
It is blind faith to continue to believe everything simply because it is stated in a book, especially when the belief is false. You must be ready to find out the truth, even if it demands extra effort. It is better to investigate all things, and then choose the right ones, than to remain in the wrong place and perish forever.
Also, the fact that an authority, influential person or religious leader said something does not automatically make the statement true. It is a sin, hypocrisy and unacceptable to qualify any person as infallible. The only person infallible is God.
You must be open-minded, and yet careful.
One mistake made by Christian leaders was to accept the scriptures without due efforts, over the years, to resolve the gaps, the differences and the contradictions in the sacred texts. And it is a mark of spiritual blindness and indolence to have failed to do so. Indeed, the scientists have performed far better, because over the years, the scientists have by repeated corrections and investigations perfected much of scientific knowledge. The clergy must be ready to investigate their religious beliefs even as the scientist performs research in his laboratory.
Truly, it is better to test and confirm the truth a thousand times, than to believe one - single - belief that is false.

The Reality Of Bible Contradictions
  1. In The Beginning…
3 Then God said, “Let there be light"; and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good; the light was from God and the light was God. Genesis 1:3-4

  2. He Remembers That We Are Dust
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth,
    So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him;
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 As a father pities his children,
So the LORD pities those who fear Him.
    14 For He knows our frame;
He remembers that we are dust.
    Psalms 103:11-14

(Man is not dust. The image and likeness of God is spirit, which is everlasting)

  3. Its place remembers it no more
    5 As for man, his days are like grass;
As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16 For the wind passes over it, and it is gone,
And its place remembers it no more.
    Psalms 103:15-16

(Man does not pass away like grass. Man reincarnates. His spirit is everlasting. Ezekiel 37:)

  4. In Much Wisdom Is Much Grief
18 For in much wisdom is much grief,
And he who increases knowledge increases sorrow.
    Ecclesiastes 1:18

(Everyone should continue to increase his knowledge and wisdom. “For lack of knowledge, my people perish,” says the Almighty.)

  5. Fear
The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom.
The love of the Lord is the path of wisdom.
Fear is man-made. And it is evil. In the presence of God, there is no fear, no error, no sin, no doubt, no defect, no defilement and no inferiority complex.

But the fearful (Cowardly), and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 21:8

  6. The Dead Know Nothing
    5 For the living know that they will die;
    But the dead know nothing,
And they have no more reward,
For the memory of them is forgotten.
    6 Also their love, their hatred, and their envy have now perished;
Nevermore will they have a share
In anything done under the sun.
    Ecclesiastes 9:5-6

The dead are more knowledgeable than the living. In spirit, your senses become greatly enhanced.

  7. Nobody Has Seen God
18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him. John 1:18
    1. The following saw God : Adam and Eve, Enoch, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, Solomon, Isaiah, Ezekiel, etc including myself, Nweze Raphael Okechukwu, who as a living witness, has seen God more than twenty one times. 2. If nobody has seen God, then Jesus is not God and did not come from God. 3. If nobody has seen God, then all Scriptures are fabrications.

  8. Mortal Must Put On Immortality
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. I Corinthians 15:54 The body is not the man. It is a corpse. The spirit that is the real man is already immortal. Spirit never dies.

25 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?" John 11:25-26)

  9. God Created The World In Six Days;
God created the world in six periods. A period is a very long stretch of time (a day means 1000 years). Evolution is the long process of creation. Both evolution and creation are true. Evolution is the unfolding of the creative process. But, God said it clearly,

10 "For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,
    And do not return there,
    But water the earth,
And make it bring forth and bud,
That it may give seed to the sower
    And bread to the eater,
    11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
    Isaiah 55:10-11

  10. All Scripture Is Given By Inspiration Of God.
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Only the scriptures from God were inspired by the Holy Spirit. All scriptures were not inspired by God. God warns, “How can you say, 'We are wise, And the law of the LORD is with us'? Look, the false pen of the scribe certainly works falsehood.” Jeremiah 8:8

    Prophet Isaiah confirms it.

8 "These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'"
    Matthew 15:8-9

    1. Consider the Book of Banabas: It seems to be a fabrication. It contradicts Christ. 12 But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her. 13 And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him. 14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy. 15 But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace. 16 For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife? 1 Corinthians 7:12-16
    2. God commanded the Israelites not to marry/continue marriage with unbelievers. 2 Corinthians 11:16-19
    3. 16 I say again, let no one think me a fool. If otherwise, at least receive me as a fool, that I also may boast a little. 17 What I speak, I speak not according to the Lord, but as it were, foolishly, in this confidence of boasting. 18 Seeing that many boast according to the flesh, I also will boast.

  11. Nobody Can See Jesus
13 I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, 14 that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ's appearing, 15 which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone has immortality (every spirit is immortal), dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see (so many has seen and continue to see Jesus), to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen. 1 Timothy 6:13-16

Many have seen Jesus. I have seen Jesus several times.

    He that hath my commandments,
and keeps them, he it is that loves me:
and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father,
and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
    John 14:21

At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father,
and ye in me, and I in you.
    John 14:20

  12. Changeable Or Unchangeable
6 "For I am the LORD, I do not change; Malachi 3:6 God is unchangeable in essence, but changeable in manifestation. His appearance as Ancient of Days differs from His appearance as Almighty Father, Visible Form, Invisible Form, etc.

  13. I Am A Jealous God.
For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, Exodus 20:5

  14. God is not a jealous God.
Jealous means envious, covetous, resentful, protective, possessive desirous, invidious, etc. All these qualities are contrary to demands of righteousness. True meaning of a jealous God: God deserves absolute loyalty, devotion, faithfulness, unalloyed obedience. Hence, obedience is better than sacrifice.

  15. Sermon On The Mountain
1 And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him. 2 Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying: Matthew 5:1-2

17 And He came down with them and stood on a level place with a crowd of His disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem, … Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said: Luke 6:17-20

  16. Greek Or Canaanite Woman
26 The woman was a Greek, a Syro-Phoenician by birth, and she kept asking Him to cast the demon out of her daughter. Mark 7:26-27

22 And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed." Matthew 15:22

  17. How Judas Died
Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed, and went and hanged himself. Matthew 27:5

18 (Now this man purchased a field with the wages of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst open in the middle and all his entrails gushed out. Acts 1:18

  18. Angel At The grave
4 And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. 5 Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? Luke 24:4-6

2 And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it. 3 His countenance was like lightning, and his clothing as white as snow. 4 And the guards shook for fear of him, and became like dead men. 5 But the angel answered and said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. 6 He is not here; for He is risen, Matthew 28:2-6

The List Of Errors
         Inconsistencies in the Bible include:
  1. Spelling Errors
  2. False Statements
  3. Gaps (Incompleteness)
  4. Actually Contradictory Statements
  5. Seemingly Contradictory Statements
  6. ...

The Causes Of The Inconsistencies
  1. Spiritual Indolence
If the Bible had been given to the scientists, they would have investigated and produced a more consistent book, just as they constantly reviewed and updated scientific knowledge and books. The inconsistencies have remained because the church leaders were not spiritually enlightened. They rejected the Holy Spirit of Truth, and therefore could not differentiate between what is true and what is not true.

  2. Human Beings Are Prone To Mistakes.
This is true beyond all reasonable doubts.

  3. False Pen Of The Scribes – Intentional Fabrications
In several places, scribes and translators have changed the word of God, to suit their own imagination, especially when they wan to sway public opinion and approval. For example, the Ten Commandments as recited by the Catholics is a man-made version, different from what God said. Generally, the masses do not know that such changes have been made. This practice has already landed many into the hell fire. You have the right to investigate whatever you believe and practice, and it is not to believe. Satan makes people believe figments of imagination, the fabrications of falsehood and the deceptions of the enemy. God warned against this in Jeremiah 8:8,9

8 "How can you say, 'We are wise,
And the law of the LORD is with us'?
Look, the false pen of the scribe certainly works falsehood.
9 The wise men are ashamed,
    They are dismayed and taken.
    Behold, they have rejected the word of the LORD;
So what wisdom do they have?”

Jesus was loud and clear in condemning it,

“8 "These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.' ”
    Matthew 15:8-9

Today, I warn the world again, against such fabrications and deceptions of Devil, made possible through religious leaders that refuse to recognize and follow the Holy Spirit. They mislead people into the hell fire. They preach that God is unchangeable. In this they do well. But why are they busy changing the laws, commandments, statutes and precepts of the Almighty to their own deceit and detriment.

  4. Absence. Each person can only cover the extent he was present.
Absence would only create gaps in encounter, experience and reports.

  5. Partial Presence
If any of the disciples was not present from the beginning and end of an event, he can report only of those things he witnessed. His report will not be complete.

The Remedies
         The remedies include:
  1. Growing In Spirit
You grow in spirit and in truth by reading spiritual books for knowledge and wisdom, and by doing spiritual practice. People do not read about God and life. They readily give uncountable reasons why such books should not be read. The result is that they continue to live in ignorance, indolence and inability. To seek, find and know the truth is like the parable of precious pearls. The seeker must seek in diverse places, encounter many different experiences and then choose the right ones. But people do not seek. They prefer to remain ordinary members, not knowing for sure whether what they believe and practice is right or wrong.

  2. Broad Knowledge
    ...

  3. Divine Consultation
Majority live their everyday life, take their decisions and do whatever they like without consulting God. In their businesses, they consult the mangers. Likewise, in other spheres of human endeavours, they consult the experts, who are knowledgeable and experienced. Why are they not wise enough to inquire from the Almighty, who is the Ancient of Days? It was the habit of Moses, David and Jesus to consult God from time to time, and the three became the best world leaders ever known.

  4. Fellowship With The Heavens
By fellowship with the heavens, I mean fellowship with the Saints, Angels, Holy Spirit, Jesus and God Almighty. A true saint learns so many things from the Angels of God, and would that they come frequently.
